Crysta has always been a creative spirit. They earned a BA in English, then went straight into arts administration, returning to their hometown to work at Arts Council Napa Valley (ACNV). They proudly give back to the community that has nurtured their creativity. Over the past four years, Crysta has made reach, impact, and equitable practice the main priorities in developing the organization’s regranting, education, and other programming. Beyond their work with ACNV, Crysta continues to pursue their creative passions through drawing and writing. Crysta is excited to join like minds in this year’s fellowship!
