EAP is pleased to introduce Cohort XII!
The 2023 Fellowship will focus on one of our four Affinity Topics: Regenerative Practices. Cohort XII will engage in a series of virtual and in-person workshops to cultivate healing from the harm caused by working within white institutions. Participants will engage in communal artistic expression to heal trauma derived from standards of professionalism for arts workers and exploring radical honesty in the face of hierarchical hypocrisy.
Meet Cohort XII
EAP fellowship Cohort XII is comprised of incredibly dedicated and passionate arts and cultural workers. Their work crosses multiple disciplines including visual arts, performing arts, music, technology, literary, and media, and represents different points along possible career paths in the Bay Area. As a Cohort, these amazing individuals will seek regeneration by breaking down the idea that art is a commodity and amplifying the experiences of BIPOC artists in a capitalistic system. Together they will reimagine the arts sector with the needs and dreams of BIPOC arts workers at the center.
