I am a Mendocino county native living in the Bay Area for school. I am a first generation student, and I attend the University of San Francisco. I am expecting to graduate this December with a bachelor’s of fine arts. My work is heavily influenced by nature, and through my work, I share interpretations of emotions I experience by translating them into something visual. I aspire to connect people to their emotions. I have also volunteered at various non-profit organizations that push the idea that art/education can be accessible to everyone. I completely agree with the above statement. This idea encourages me to work and contribute to the arts sector to make things more inclusive, as well as making art.
