Cohort XIII

EAP is pleased to introduce Cohort XIII!

This year’s fellowship focuses on one of our four affinity topics, Creative City: what is needed for artists and arts organizations to be viewed as critical components of a healthy ecosystem?
Through group discussions, guest facilitators, and professional development, we hope to hold a space for arts and culture workers to imagine the world we need and offer some steps towards realizing that vision.

This Fellowship program intends to equip arts and culture workers with leadership skills, equitable organizational structures, conflict management tools, and to build community within our field! It is our goal to offer opportunities for both professional and emotional development throughout the process. During the program fellows will meet twice per month on zoom or in-person and will spend one weekend in March on a wellness retreat immersed in nature.

EAP fellowship Cohort XIII is comprised of incredibly dedicated and passionate arts and cultural workers. Their work crosses multiple disciplines including visual arts, performing arts, music, technology, literary, and media, and represents different points along possible career paths in the Bay Area.

New for this thirteenth cohort, EAP makes a pivot to incorporate more in-person programming since the COVID pandemic hit and introduces an annual Fellowship Retreat.
